Nobel prize-winning physicist Ilya Prigogine said "The irreversibility of time is what brings order out of chaos." From the Arab Spring to the potential collapse of the Euro to the Occupy movement, the political world has felt chaotic. What order created the conditions the led to the emergence of this chaos? What (if any) order will emerge from this chaos?
